Pedestrian modelling software (beta) released

The beta version of PTV’s pedestrian modelling software has been released without fanfare, but with significant interest from the market. Existing VISSIM and VISUM users have found the pedestrian software to be as intuitive and powerful as they would expect. Whether it is a platform interchange, stadium evacuation, or pedestrian light phasing, the new pedestrian modelling software is an important new product in the PTV family.

Mobility Platform 4.0 released

Mobility Platform 4.0 has now been released, featuring AJAX, aerial images and a huge increase in performance.

ITS World Congress - Beijing

PTV flew a team of 10 staff to Beijing from Australia, Singapore and Germany, to join their colleagues from the PTV Shanghai office. The ITS World Congress was again a very successful event, with a constant crowd at the PTV stand.
